Tired Sara
This is Sara the day after Christmas.
She got so mad, she wouldn't let me rock her or hold her, she cried herself to sleep in this chair.
So precious.
Christmas Day 2009
We woke up and Santa had been at our house, we couldn't believe all the things he had left for Andrew and Sara.
After opening wonderful surprises and playing with all of the fun toys, we had breakfast at Joel and Kelly's house. Each year we have breakfast at one of our homes, this year was their turn. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful day and I am so thankful for my family, I love them very much.
Christmas Eve
Bedtime and storytime.
I worked until 12 noon Christmas Eve and Jeff worked for a couple of hours, so my mom helped us out that morning. She and Jeff got the kids dressed and took them to see Santa for last minute wishes and pictures. They picked me up from work and we did a few last minute shopping stops and had lunch together.
When we got home Andrew and Sara put the reindeer food out in the yard and we spent the afternoon together wrapping presents and playing. We went to Lindsey and Cay's house that evening for dinner, every year they have family and friends over to celebrate Christmas.
Christmas Party with Old Friends
Collin and Reagan
decorated cookies for Santa, our new little tradition, and that was so much fun. Sara mostly ate her cookies, she doesn't quiet get the decorating part yet. My favorite thing is seeing the kids pour the entire bottle of sprinkles on 1 cookie, they are so fun, life would be so boring without them. We do a book swap with the kids and usually eat take out from Costas Mediteranean, sooo good. I like to get a family picture of each family, but this year was a little crazy, so I never got around to that.
I love you all and love the times we all spend together.
